Kingston Police asking for public’s assistance in locating arson suspects

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two arson suspects.
On October 18, 2020 at approximately 7:17 p.m. a male and female were observed in the Hanson Parking garage located at 105 Brock Street in the City of Kingston, where the male was looking through the parked motor vehicle and appeared to be stealing fuel from the vehicle’s gas tank.
The female appeared to be watching the area for the male and acting as a lookout.


Witnesses to the incident contacted police and when police arrived, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames.
Both suspects had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
The male suspect is described by Kingston Police as Caucasian, with a thin build, and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a light coloured vest over it.
He was also wearing grey pants and white shoes. The male suspect was carrying a white and black skateboard.
The female suspect was described by police as Caucasian, with a larger build, and curly brown hair. She was wearing a black sweatshirt with large white writing on the front, blue jeans with rips in the knees, and grey running shoes with pink laces.
The female was carrying a dark coloured luggage bag. She was described by witnesses as appearing to be younger in appearance than the male suspect, according to police.
