Confirmed positive COVID-19 cases at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 631

KFL&A Public Health has confirmed multiple positive cases of COVID-19 have been found among attendees of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #631, on Bath Rd, in Kingston.
“KFL&A Public Health recommends that individuals who attended The Legion Branch #631 from Thursday, Apr. 1 through to today, Saturday, Apr. 10, 2021 to get tested regardless of symptoms. KFL&A Public Health is asking individuals who go to the assessment centre for their test to provide the following investigation number: 2241-2021-38358,” the local public health unit said in a statement.
KFL&A Public Health says that individuals do not have to self-isolate unless they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
KFL&A Public Health says that it is making the public statement in an attempt to reach all possible contacts of the positive cases. “As part of the COVID-19 case management and contact tracing process, KFL&A Public Health follows up with close contacts of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19. If the contact tracing team are unable to identify close contacts of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, a public release may be issued to reach those contacts.”
