Confirmed COVID-19 cases at MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Holiday Market

Dr. Piotr Oglaza, Medical Officer of Health at KFL&A Public Health, has confirmed the existence of multiple COVID-19 positive cases at MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Holiday Market, located at 1915 County Road 22, in Bath, Ontario.
“Several people who attended the event were potentially infectious with COVID-19, suspected to be the Omicron variant of concern,” said KFL&A Public Health in a press release.
“All required measures and guidelines were upheld by MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company,” said KFL&A Public Health of the outdoor event, “however despite control measures there is still an element of risk.”
KFL&A Public Health asks any individuals who attended the MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Holiday Market, on December 4 or 5, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. to get tested as soon as possible and self-isolate until a negative test result is received.
