Cologne thief sought by Kingston Police

Kingston Police say that on August 6, 2018, at approximately 9:15 a.m. a man parked his bicycle in front of a lower Princess Street store and went inside, proceeding to conceal 6 bottles of Hugo Boss cologne with a retail value of almost $600. He allegedly left the store without paying and fled on his bicycle. CCTV footage was obtained and Kingston Police want to identify him. Any assistance from the public would be appreciated.
