City offers Artillery Park members alternate options during annual maintenance

From Monday, Sept. 5 to Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, the City of Kingston’s Artillery Park Aquatic Centre will be closed for annual maintenance.
According to the City, this closure will allow staff to conduct minor repairs, perform a deep cleaning of the facility, and complete any fitness equipment and pool maintenance. During the shutdown, the pools, gym, fitness centre, and meeting rooms will be closed to the public.
The front desk area will remain accessible Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the City stated, noting that fall registration for swim lessons opens on Thursday, Sept. 8, and additional staff will be on-site to support registrants.
