Breaking into cab leads to foot pursuit on Princess Street

Police responding to a report of a man hitting and kicking a cab ended up in a foot pursuit in downtown Kingston, according to Kingston Police.

Police received the report at around 11 p.m. on Monday, Jul. 8, 2018, and were also told that no one was seen in the cab, which was parked in the 700 block of Princess Street (Williamsville).
