Arrest warrant issued by OPP after incident in Stone Mills Township

The Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have issued an arrest warrant, according to a post on the OPP East Region Twitter feed.

Samuel E Koch, 39 years of age, is wanted for two counts of Uttering Threats at an incident in Stone Mills Township.

Koch is described as a while male, 6’1″ tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his right hand.

If you see Koch, do not approach him. Call 911 or the OPP directly at 1-888-310-1122. OPP are looking for any information regarding this incident.
