2018 municipal election referendum question poll

On Saturday, Oct. 22, 2018, Kingstonians will head to the polls, not only to vote for the next members of Kingston City Council, but also to vote on the referendum question. That question will ask voters if they would prefer to use a ranked ballot system as opposed to the current ‘first-past-the-post’ voting system.
