Best Pad Thai in Kingston

This week’s poll has had my mouth watering for days. While I enjoy a good green or phanaeng curry, sometimes getting the staple Pad Thai at a Thai or Cambodian restaurant is the way to go. This delicious and very popular dish combines rice noodles stir-fried with egg, tofu, fish sauce and tamarind sauce, and is topped with bean sprouts, green onions and peanuts. It often comes with the option of chicken and/or shrimp as well and, as I’ve learned from looking at a wide variety of Kingston menus, can have other variations too.  With so many local establishments serving up this crowd favourite, just where can we find the best Pad Thai in Kingston?

Creating the list of contenders serving the best Pad Thai in Kingston was a bit of a challenge. As you can see below, there is a lot of Pad Thai to choose from in ygk. Do we include every single restaurant that offers this dish? Do all of the restaurants established by Pat need to be on the list, or can it be narrowed down? Well, we decided to go for it and give everyone creating this dish a shot at the title of Best in Kingston. Having been to quite a few of these restaurants, I have a feeling this is going to be a tough decision for our readers.
