The Wisdom of Letting Go

May 1 @ 10:00 am - 11:15 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Sunday, repeating until May 29, 2022

Free – $12

Emptiness is the absence of limitations, and by realizing how everything possesses the quality of emptiness, we can find permanent freedom from suffering. This liberation from suffering is “Nirvana.” When Buddha revealed the truth of emptiness, he opened the door to lasting inner peace whose nature is bliss.

Often we can feel trapped by our discouragement, frustration or anxiety. Through investigating the true nature of our emotions, we can realize their emptiness. By realizing their emptiness, we are free.

Taught by Buddhist nun and Teacher, Gen Kelsang Denpa. Everyone welcome. Online at this time.
