Buddha specialized in overcoming suffering. His teachings address all aspects of the human experience, including trauma, grief, loneliness, depression, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. Meditation is both therapeutic and transcendent, and anyone can learn how to do it. With Buddhist nun and Teacher, Gen Kelsang Denpa.
