Kingston Choral Society presents “Altogether Different”

The one-hundred voice Kingston Choral Society is proud to present its last concert of the season with a program that blends traditional choral music with the spontaneity and fluidity of jazz. The offerings include traditional choral works by Vivaldi and Chilcott, modern works by Gheilo and MacDonald, plus a World Premiere of a commissioned work by renowned Canadian composer Marianne Trudel. The KCS welcomes guest artists Marianne Trudel, Jonathan Stewart (saxophone), and Clare Miller (piano).

At The Spire (Sydenham Street United Church), Sunday May 5 at 2:30 pm. Tickets $25. (adult/senior), $20. (student), $40. (premium seating). Free for ages 16 and under. Tickets available at eventbrite, kingstonchoralsociety.ca, Novel Idea, The Church Bookroom, Arden’s Music, Brian’s Record Options and at the door.
