ICE BOX: art in the heart of winter
ICE BOX is a new outdoor art event taking place February 2-10 2019 in Picton, Ontario. It is produced by The Department of Illumination, the artist collective behind Prince Edward County's much-loved Firelight Lantern Festival, in partnership with Macaulay Heritage Park. ICE BOX will take place on the grounds of Picton’s historic Macaulay House. Seeley’s Bay’s own writer and raconteur James Raffan has been continuing his travels and returns to the Seeley's Bay Community Hall with Storyfest #13: “Druids, Drams, Dangers and Doctors—Tales from an eventful sea journey from Aberdeen to Iceland" .
