POLL: Kingston’s best florist
Now that we are officially into summer, it means we are also officially into wedding season, and that means lots of work for our local florists. It’s also been a bit of unusual spring, and with so many flowers in full bloom at this time of year, we expect that all the florists in the Kingston area still have plenty of time and energy to help you out for any kind of occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, ‘sorry, I’m a dummy’ events, etc. There really is always an occasion for flowers!
What makes a great florist to you? Is it the cuts and arrangements? Is it the staff and service? Or maybe you pick your florist purely on the quality of their delivery service. I am always impressed at the beautiful arrangements crafted by Blossoms Florist & Boutiques. The brilliance of colours and lively presentations for a birthday celebration, yet the simplicity and subtlety of a bereavement arrangement.
Also the staff are always willing to assist in answering questions or supplying advice!

Blossoms fulfills my request on beautiful arrangements every time. The staff is outstanding
and always available to make an arrangement on the spot. Their flowers last quite along time
(always trim stems every other day with water change as per their advice ) and after two weeks i still have a beautiful arrangement.
I highly recommend them for all your flower arrangements needs including house plant(s) which they have a lovely display throughout the store.
Hi Nancy, Thank you for your wonderful review. Blossoms Florist was originally named Plant Factory and we are still sometimes referred to that name. Our plants come fresh from greenhouse growers and are inspected for any little critters that may have jumped on board. We take pride in our plants and flowers and are happy that we have made you happy.

Michelle Stenson, the owner of Chartreuse Flower Works is wonderful ~ Michelle is talented, creative and professional and always makes her clients floral vision a reality. Michelle created stunning floral arrangement centerpieces for our daughter’s engagement luncheon and upcoming wedding ~ working with Michelle has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Weddings Kingston and City Hall Weddings Kingston uses Michelle at Chartreuse exclusively. Every time I’ve placed the bouquet in the bride’s hands for one of our “pop up weddings”, every time I’ve taken a bride to Michelle when we’re doing planning and every time we have a last minute plan to execute a wedding in a short time frame, the bride has been WOWED by the amazing, creative and VERY fresh flowers from Chartreuse.
Chartreuse Flower works is where I go for my flower needs. I am always greeted with a smile, and I don’t get charged an arm and a leg.
Loyalist is the best! They always have unique arrangements that are beautiful and they always update their social media showing you beaufiful flowers and giveaways and sometimes info on them
Chartreuse Flower works is my go to Flower Shop for nor just flowers but handmade cards and cool gift items!!!! and her wedding arrangements always come out even better then you could imagine!!
Hands down…Leanne at L.S.P. Designs is THE best in town. Her designs are always an incredible presence in any room they are set in. She creates pieces that have a personality, and that let every single floral element speak for itself. She chooses flowers and other floral details that are so far from ordinary, and leave you in awe that they even exist. Her work is always unparalleled in a unique,fresh, creative and expressive way. My husband spoils me with random arrivals from her adorable shop. But visits to her shop are an even greater treat. Thank you Leanne.

Love the look of the designs from L.S.P Designs. On trend and obviously a high calibre designer. Appreciate the lack of use of Baby’s Breath and Leather Leaf and cheap, ugly filler flowers. Well done, from a fellow designer.
Definitely Loyalists Flowers. Helpful, friendly staff. Something there for everyone! The store is always clean and tidy and they always have a wide selection of flowers and bouquets
Hands down, Shelly and her amazing staff have always been my go to for any flowers work related or for personal. Just an amazing team spearheaded by a wonderful employer! There is a reason why she is expanding! Keep up the great work team!
