#ygkChallenge: Paint (Nite) for Martha’s Table

ygkchallenge, Paint Nite, Martha's Table, Kingston, OntarioThe #ygkchallenge is an ongoing series where we dare you to be different, resolve to be better, and or do something awesome in support of our beloved community. Each week, Kingstonist establishes a new, ambitious or quirky goal, encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone and do something great, and hopefully a little out of the ordinary. By taking part in this community-wide initiative, we hope to make Kingston (and the world) a slightly better place to live, work and play.

This week’s #ygkchallenge encourages you to:

Paint (Nite) for Martha’s Table. Do you like getting creative with friends? How about doing a real solid for those in need? World’s collide with Paint Nite’s upcoming fundraiser in support of Martha’s Table on Wednesday, May 31st. As you may know, Martha’s Table is a low-cost community restaurant, which served served 45,250 meals in 2016. With you’re support they’ll be able to continue serving the Kingston community, as funds raised at this event will cover an entire day’s expenses for single patrons. Unique to this Paint Nite experience, this event will be hosted at Martha’s Table and will be sans alcohol. Nevertheless, we’re confident that you and your posse will have a blast and lots of laughs for a great cause. Tickets are available online for $45 each. Happy painting!
