A season change gestures to a fresh flood of new and traditional events ready to get underway. Our theatres are bustling, our stages are booked; it’s time to carve a few dates into your calendar. And – watch for students! We just got a surge of 20 000 new neighbours!

The Mahones Fundraiser for Brian’s Record Option @ BluMartini
The community is rallying together for treasured Brian’s Record Option. A flood wreaked havoc on this indie community staple, and here’s your chance to pitch in and help get Brian’s reopened.

Picket Fences Country Rock Band @ The Royal Canadian Legion (560 Kingston)
Dust off your cowboy boots, and join the country/rock sounds of Picket Fences, dishing up a douse of dancing fun at the Legion!

Kingston Ribfest & Craft Beer Show

This weekend make your way down to savour all the delicious at Kingston Ribfest & Craft Beer Show at Memorial Park! The event kicks off Friday at 5, till Sunday at 6pm and admission is totally free! Enjoy the flavours of barbequed ribs and chicken, great craft-brewed beer, plus live entertainment all weekend long. Special guests include Almost Famous, Sleezer and the Tonecats. Garrison Family Fun Fest 2018

Saturday night features international recording artist SHAGGY with special guests Nothing But Mental. Sunday, celebrate Kingston’s military community and their families at the fifth annual Garrison Family Fun Fest at CFB Kingston! Enjoy Kids’ activities, entertainment, military displays and demonstrations, clubs, sponsor zone, exhibitors and more will be held at the CFB Kingston Base Gym.10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kingston Derby Girls presents: Back to Cruel!

It’s officially time for BACK 2 CRUEL VIII! Not only will students be returning to classes, but The Kingston Derby Girls will be putting on their FINAL HOME GAME of the summer! Head down to The Kingston Memorial Center to get a taste of Danger Zone seating, cold beer, live entertainment, special vendors including a Trackside Beer Garden provided by The Brooklyn!
