Live at The Option with Megan Hamilton

Live at The Option is an emerging video series by Kingston Punk Productions, which features intimate performances in one of the city’s smallest, most unlikely venues. “The Option” being Brian’s Record Option, the ever-popular and forever-enduring downtown record shop, which was established in 1980 at 381 Princess. The iconic shop provides an impressive and unique backdrop for this live performance series, which positions artists in narrow aisles that are busting with vinyl, cassettes, books and other bits of musical nostalgia.

In this second episode of Live at the Option, Megan Hamilton, takes centre stage amongst the endless stacks at Brian’s to sing a new tune.  She also sticks around for a brief chat with owner Brian Lispin. Their discussion delves into her artistic journey and hints her new record, Forty Warm Streams to Lead Your Wings, which will be released on September 25th.
