Ticket Giveaway: Kingston Derby Girls

We love the Derby Girls and we know you do too!  Next Saturday, September 8th is the 2012 Season Finale: Back to Cruel III and we’re giving away two pairs of tickets!

Finishing off their 3rd season of competitive flat-track action in Kingston, this double header features all three Kingston Derby Girls teams!  The first whistle blows at 6:30, when the Rogue Warriors and Skateful Dead will battle for “The Boot” and KDG Home Team Championship Status.  At 8:30, the Disloyalists take on Toronto Roller Derby’s farm team, the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad (D-VAS).

This is the biggest bout of the season and you don’t want to miss it!  To win tickets, simply comment below, retweet Kingstonist when we mention it on Twitter or share our post on Facebook.  You can enter up to three times by doing all of these things.  For each comment, share and retweet, you will be entered into a draw.  We will announce the winner next Wednesday, September 5th so please make sure you give us accurate contact info when you comment (no one will see it but us) and check in with your Twitter and Facebook accounts to see if you’ve won!

Doors for this great event open at 5:30pm.  Now, we can’t all win, so just in case: tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door (children 10 and under are free). Features a trackside beer garden and a half-time show!
