This is a great service. Thank you.
Is there a way to see where in Kingston the Covid cases have been confirmed? I’d like to know if there’s anyone in the East End that I may or may not have come into contact with.
Excellent guide, thank you and stay safe Kingstonist. ??
would be great to have e-mail access !
David’s tea is closed too. Laid off their workers.
Why are hotels not closed??
Where are people who are living in Kingston temporarily supposed to go? Truckdrivers? People isolating from their families?
How many people have been tested in Kingston? How many people are tested in Kingston each day?

Thanks for all your local coverage!
Great suggestion, it is confusing and a very easy fix!
Done, thanks!
And thank you all for being such an amazing local resource not only in this matter but all your coverage throughout the year!
Why are we short on N95 masks since my employer is saying it’s not airborne?
It is not predominantly airborne. Nevertheless, there are those who face airborne risks… it is a spectrum of transmission and similarly of the required protective devices. If you never go near anyone, you only need to wash your hands. If you are sticking a swab down someone’s throat and they cough on you, there will be some aerosol. Is it enough to transmit? We don’t know, but SARS did.
You need to update more the malls and movie theatre are closed
Carmelinda’s Family Restaurant open 10am-7pm Tuesday-Sunday for Take Out Only.

Thank you for the service. Will you please update the info as soon as you get It. I went out yesterday to grocery shop thinking Kingston was still low risk. Later that evening I realized I had put myself in danger.
Can you please update the case table for case 35 and beyond.
Why are beer and liquor stores open ,and cannabis shapes are closed? Getting a prescription was for a reason, need my medicine.
Is this the new normal? Students (?) wandering around downtown in close groups of three or four by the lake. Are they crazy? Maybe this is the future. We old geezer-folks lock ourselves into isolation, and the invulnerable young stroll the streets merrily.
Dollarama at Kingston centre is not practicing social distancing measures. Cashiers are side by side and no markings on floor to stay the distance. We need all stores to implement measures to help keep people safe.
Dollarama is now closed
good reference page for our area. thanks!
Thankful for the great service of all the medical staff and essential workers and their sacrifice. Impressed by the outstanding leadership by Dr. Moore in coordinating necessary measures to keep us safe. No Keystone Kops routine here north of the border! Pleased that, for the most part, our community has embraced the practice of social distancing and helped to curb the spread of the virus. We’re not out of the woods yet, but in a lot better shape than most because of our commitment to each other.
Proactive Physiotherapy – pt Health: Physiotherapist available for virtual care assessments and routine virtual treatments. Emergency appointments possible with patient pre-screening for immediate assistance after motor vehicle accidents, recent trauma, head injuries, or for return to work readiness for essential workers assuming availability of appropriate PPE.
Sapporo Sushi 277 Bath Rd. is offering take out only but are open. Could you add them to the list? I’m not sure everyone knows that they are still open, Mark & Karen are wonderful & the food is delicious!
Just letting you know there are discrepancies on this page that you may want to review/correct. Your “Kingston Case Information” table indicates that the cumulative Confirmed Positive Test Results = 55. However, the “Individual Kingston Case Information list” contains 57 cases.
Otherwise, this is a resource that I come back to often. Thanks!
Notice this is correct now. Thank you!
