@taylor-ann-tye Totally support this initiative. But how do we know donated bikes weren't originally stolen? Bike theft is rampant in Kingston and solving this problem is not a priority for the police. This also affects affordability for some people. They can't afford to replace a stolen bike. Until the city and police get serious about theft, this will continue to undermine bike affordability
