Building Arts Communities in Kingston is a seminar and public forum intended to help connect the artists, arts organizations, businesses, community service groups, schools, and the many other people in Kingston, who are participating in arts and culture.  The seminar will take place at The Grand Theatre and will feature Simon Brault, Justin Langlois, Annalee Adair and Sheesham and Lotus.  Tickets are available online.
