Kingston’s Readers and Writers Festival brings 60 internationally renowned writers to the stage in 43 events—readings, onstage conversations and discussions, and master classes for emerging and established writers. The four-day festival opens with the International Marquee, featuring Nobel Prize winner J.M. Coetzee. Family programming on Sunday. Be sure to visit the site for author profiles, full event listings, and contests. Tickets are available at the Grand Theatre Box Office.

It's worth mentioning that students (Queen's, St. Lawrence, and RMC) can get *free* rush seats with ID, from 15 min before to ten minutes after curtain, for any onstage event. I took advantage of this last year to attend several events for free.
