The Queen’s Observatory will hold an open house at Ellis Hall on University Ave. on Queen’s campus.
This event happens rain or shine and admission is free for the whole family! Come listen to a professional astronomer share the wonders of the Universe before heading to the outdoor observation deck to view the Moon and planets. Next, head up to the dome to gaze into deep-space with their 16” reflecting telescope, sure to dazzle inquiring minds
young and old!
This month’s presentation will all about “Dark Matter in our Universe” and will be given by Prof. Wolfgang Rau of Queen’s University.
