Astounding Canadian trumpet player, Mike Herriott, presents his tribute to the swinging trumpet in a straight ahead pops celebration of the tunes made famous by Doc Severinsen, Dizzy Gillespie, Harry James, Louis Armstrong and others. Backed by his combo and the Kingston Symphony, Mike takes the audience back to the era of pure jazz. This concert will be performed on Friday, October 22, 2010 at 8 pm at the Grand Theatre.
