Rimsky-Korsakov opens the program, bringing to life the fiery passions of Spain in his gypsy inspired Capriccio Espagnol. The passion continues in Grieg’s Piano Concerto, full of fire and romance. Stravinsky keeps the flame burning with the suite from his groundbreaking ballet, The Firebird. The Kingston Symphony will perform Fire & Passion on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 2:30 pm at the Grand Theatre.
