Movies in the Square is an opportunity for families to enjoy popular movies in our picturesque Market Square, located just behind City Hall. The show starts at dusk, while all attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, snacks and blankets.
The Natural follows an unknown, middle-aged batter named Roy Hobbs, who appears out of nowhere to take a losing 1930s baseball team to the top of the league. With the aid of a bat cut from a lightning struck tree, Hobbs lives the fame he should have had earlier when, as a rising pitcher, he is inexplicably shot by a young woman.
