The Kingston Jazz Society presents Montreal’s Parc-X Trio at The Mansion. Last year, after a tour that included a stop at Monte’s, the Parc-X Trio appeared at the 2009 edition of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal where they received an honourable mention for their originality and stage presence, and were invited back to perform at Festival again in 2010.
Their first album enjoys regular airplay on radio stations throughout Quebec, including Espace Musique (CBC), Planète Jazz, CISM, CIBL and CKUT. The trio frequently plays Montreal’s best jazz clubs such as Upstairs, House of Jazz, Dièse Onze and Bily Kun.
