Based in Hamilton, Turkey Rhubarb is Dale Behnke (mandolin), Gerry Dion (guitar) and Paul Fralick (guitar). They bring a fun approach to performing traditional children’s folk songs in English, French and Spanish from all over the world.
Dale, Gerry and Paul are great believers in the value of diversity and support this belief by singing in different languages. Turkey Rhubarb has been performing together for 17 years and show a profound respect for children at every performance. Their harmonies, humour and sense of fun are worth a listen.
Check out their fun and interactive website where you can hear tunes and watch videos of the band in action. Then head over to the Central Branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library (130 Johnson St.) at 2pm on July 14th and see for yourself!
