Bring your family down to join the City’s New Year Eve indoor and outdoor festivities at the K-Rock Centre. Dress for the occasion to enjoy the wagon rides, hot chocolate, buskers, and the fireworks outside – then come inside to warm up. Half the K-Rock Centre’s ice surface will be available for free public skating and the other half will be devoted to live musical entertainment. The line-up and schedule is as follows:
5 pm – Faultline Drive, local rockers
5:30 pm – Roger James, funny-man musician
6:15 pm – Splash N’Boots, Canadian Children’s Music Group of the Year
7:15 pm – Swayed, new country classics
8:15 pm – Tea for the Voyage, six-piece hoppin’ ska band
9:15 pm – Fireworks at Confederation Basin
