From December 3-5 some of your favourite downtown stores and restaurants will be offering up tax-free savings to holiday shoppers. “Passports” will be available at participating merchants downtown. Once a passport has 3 or more stamps, it can be entered into a ballot box at the Grand Theatre to win great prizes including gift certificates and tickets to upcoming events.
