I don't have a dog so I'm not sure how well/poorly our dog parks are being tended to. Whenever I drive by the one at the Memorial Centre, it looks as though it is very popular, in which case, I am more than happy to pay a few extra bucks to keep dog parks around. Hopefully resulting in fewer people letting their dogs poop on my lawn.
