Duke, Actually, no, I don't believe Ian gave his opinion--at least, not how I read his message. Nowhere in his initial message are his words indicative of him voicing his opinion.

The way I read it, I thought he was helping out site and the Kingston community--informing others of some info he's privy to, particularly regarding certain commercial ventures to open up in town shortly.

I don't see why my interpretation of his message is means for hostility, but I guess we all interpret words on the internet in all manners. *shrug*

ANNE: Didn't Ian simply give his opinion of what type of food he wants to see in Kingston? I don't see any claims that he's made re: fresh coming to town. I'll have to check this place out next time I'm in TO.

FYI: Fresh is NOT coming to Kingston. I emailed the restaurant and that's the official word. This Kingston-Fresh must be something else.

Hey Ian, how did you hear about Fresh? It's been my favourite restaurant for a decade--well, back with it's old moniker. I can't help but be skeptical that it's coming here. I hope it's true, though I'd know where all my paycheques would be going. ;-P

If we got an ikea here, i'm sure i'd tire of it after a while, but for months, i'd be in tupperware/storage box heaven!
